Marjorie DeCap (pictured left) has been working in the trucking and excavating industry for over 50 years. She is the President and CEO of Phoenix Corporation.

Matthew DeCap (pictured right) began his career in the construction industry at the age of 18. In 1993 he assumed the responsibility of estimating and the role of Vice-President of Phoenix.
