Commitment to Education
Phoenix Corporation supports the next generation of construction professionals through the Jerry DeCap Memorial Scholarship, the Marjorie DeCap AGC Dedication to Excellence Scholarship and other educational initiatives.
Established in 2016, the scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior at Riverdale Senior High School who demonstrates academic excellence, athletic participation, and a commitment to a career in the heavy highway construction industry.
In honor of Marjorie’s 55+ years of dedication to construction, the Phoenix Board of Directors also launched the DeCap Scholarship of Excellence through the AGC of Illinois. We are proud to invest in the future of our industry and the leaders who will shape it.
