Phoenix Corporation of the Quad Cities was founded in 1988 by Marjorie DeCap, President & Owner. Marjorie has instilled in her workforce her exceptional level of commitment to quality and performance. Delivering excellent work products to our customers is her passion.
Phoenix performs heavy highway work in the states of Illinois and eastern Iowa. We are prequalified by the states of Illinois and Iowa in all services we provide.
For 37 years, Phoenix has taken on projects large and small with varying degrees of difficulty. Phoenix continues to grow but maintains the family atmosphere. We look forward to the future and all it has to offer.
