Phoenix Corporation is hiring a Senior Estimator to join our Heavy Highway Construction team. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for creating preliminary budgets and cost estimates for large and small projects alike.
Job Responsibilities

- Prepares and reviews estimates and estimate activities to ensure accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate assembly of all preconstruction material for presentation to the stakeholder and Phoenix Site Manager.
- Ensures compliance with all specifications, contract requirements, and Bid Invitations.
- Responsible for solicitation of subcontractor and material suppliers.
- Prepares Bid packages and/or oversees the preparation.
- Participate in bid strategy planning.
- Participate in industry related organizations to network and promote the interests of Phoenix Corporation.
